Most physical products from Annie Always are made to order. Please allow time for both production and shipping when placing your order.

Processing & Production

Because our print-on-demand products are created especially for each order, production typically takes approximately 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Production times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, product shortages, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping & Delivery

After production, standard shipping within the United States typically takes approximately 2–5 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping label is created.

Multiple Packages

Items in the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and tracking number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Annie Always is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

International Orders

International delivery times vary by destination and may take significantly longer than domestic shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged by their destination country, where applicable.
